《西口情歌》是由肖齐执导，燕治国编剧，陈龙、斯琴高娃、傅艺伟等主演的中国大陆电视剧。该剧由中共山西省委宣传部、山西省作家协会、中共河曲县委、县政府等部门联合摄制。
该剧以河曲青年走西口的迁徙历程为主线，通过民歌“山曲儿”及二人台艺术形式展现其生存图景，再现清末民初山西人穿越黄河沙漠的创业历史。剧中融入100余首河曲原生态民歌，音乐部分由刘铁铸统筹创作。编剧燕治国历时七年完成八次剧本修改，导演采用科技手段呈现晋蒙边塞风貌。该剧系统梳理走西口民歌资源，为三晋文化研究提供影视载体，河曲方言对白与地方艺术元素的运用凸显地域文化特征。
该剧于2021年12月16日在乐视平台首播，共30集。
